2025 SHOWORKS CHANGES
We have made some big changes to our Showorks process.
Please be on the lookout for:
Email on Registration: We have added an additional email field to registration called "Parent Email". This is required for registration and provides us another avenue of communication when needed.
Quality Counts: This is an online animal husbandry course that is required to be completed. Once completed, you will be given a certification number. This is now requested upon registration instead of with your entry. (You can find this course by googling "Quality Counts").
Animals Address: We have added an additional field when placing entries. Providing the physical address of the animal is required. This is the physical location of where the animal is housed, this may be your home or school barn. If the physical address is anything other than your home or school barn, you must complete the Alternate Housing Form and submit to the WCLA Board of Directors.
Document Upload with Entry submission: We are requiring a few documents be uploaded to your Showorks account when you place your entries. These are forms you are familiar with and have previously been required physical documents.
For help or more information navigating these changes, please view the step by step instructions below, all changes are outlined within.
