As we begin the annual validation process with cattle, find the supplemental information regarding
inspection and prevention measures you can take to safeguard your project. These practices
can be applied to most species, including pets and humans, although poultry are not commonly affected.

ATTENTION: Cattle Exhibitors
New for 2026, all cattle exhibitors must pay a validation fee of $10 per head
in order to be validated for the 2026 Williamson County Livestock Show.
The 2026 Steer and Heifer WCLA Validation will occur at the same time as State Validation
as it has previously been done the past several years. No

and the 2026 Alternate Housing Request Form, if applicable.
All projects submitting alternate housing requests must be on property located in Williamson County.
